This is a nice book. That said, I was put off by photo for the last recipe across from the next recipe; or vise-versa. There are some recipes with a correct photo on the opposite page, maybe half of them. I was expecting more information, more explanation than I found here and while the large print is nice I would have preferred more information, more of an introduction to KETO.This at first glance appears to be a very expensive journey. Grocery list for cooking and seasoning ‘staples’ I don’t already have, is 25 items, and that’s not meat, eggs, fish or veggies.Also noted on the copyright page, you can’t resell, or give away the book. “If you are reading this book and did not purchase it, or it was not purchased for your enjoyment only, to “please return it to your favorite retailer and purchase your own copy.â€Final comment, the pages aren’t numbered, though the Index shows page numbers... up through 79.All said, my expectations were not met.. but that may be my own fault. I bought this online.... would advise you to check with your local book merchant to peruse the book before purchasing.
I was expecting more from a book - parts of the book were hard to read as far as grammar, etc. Not sure there was proofing/editing before it was printed. Large portion of the book is recipes with very little information on how to make it work for a beginner. It would have been nice to have a more specific plan.
I was looking for a good ketogenic cookbook. I do not however feel it is ketogenic recipes..... Many recipes in this book use non keto approved foods like BBQ sauce, bread, ketchup, potatoes, vegetable oil etc. If you're looking for keto friendly recipes especially if you're new the keto way of eating. I would skip this book.

This is the worse diet book I have ever seen. He starts off telling you that you can’t share these recipes with friends to go buy them a copy. The recipes, which can be found on the Internet, have no nutritional values. You don’t know how many carbs you are getting. You have 25 recipes for a 21 day plan. Wasted my money
