This is not the first book I read by this author. So far, I've read most of her books. I keep reading them DESPITE the fact that I cringe every single time I come across a grammatical mistake. And let me tell you, there are many of those. I think she needs to find herself a good editor.Her characters are really the reason why I keep reading them. She's got some very interesting, funny, and loyal to a fault characters. You want to find out who ends up with whom and where they go next. It's enough for me to put aside my inner grammar Nazi. Their stories are engaging and keep your interest. I like the way she has interwoven them around each other. I think that with the right editor, she can make her books even better than they are, after all, she's already a pretty great writer.
Sex Piston is the first of the Biker Bitches Series. They are your typical badass, independent, won't do what you say type of women. Unfortunately, that worked for a while but with the patch over and a new President they don't have free reign to do what they want.At first I liked the toughness of Sex Piston and her group but it kind of got a little annoying. While it was nice to see her and her friends being strong for themselves, they treated the men like they were nothing. They may be hot but no man wants a woman to treat them like that. When Stud claimed her she wasn't ready for them to do more then have sex but Stud wanted her as his Old Lady. He finally had to put her in her place and tell her who was boss. If Sex Piston hadn't been helping her mom with Stud's kids, he may have never gotten to her sweet and loving side. For a tough chick, she had a huge heart. She took care of everyone around her whether they knew it or not! In the end, she finally gave Stud her heart and they got heir HEA.
I have read this book (the entire series) many times, this one has alot of editing errors, that I am disappointed in. No drama other than "Sexy" trying to ignore Stud, and the minor conflict with Candy, the very end it sets up Shade's book with the attack at the beauty shop with Lilly getting hurt. The Last Riders were included but very little and even the Blue Horsemen/Destructors were included but again nothing really on the MCs, just the romance between Sex Piston and Stud. Many parts were cut/paste from Knox's book as well. High cost for little original story.

Stud's compliments may be vulgar and could be said in a maybe I don't know nicer way, but they're still compliments, "your ti*s are the best I've ever seen, and your a** is even better. Ace was a stupid bas**** to mess around on you." And don't even think about putting your hands on his woman he will go ape s***, "which mothereffing a**hole touched you? Because they're going to regret touching something that's mine." Sex Piston she doesn't sugar coating anything, and Stud well he when he wants something bad enough he'll agree to anything: "Your di** gets too much action. I don't eff someone doing other bit**es and don't ever think that you can tell me what I want. Until you start wearing my panties, I think I'm the best judge of who I want to eff." Stud shrugged. "Fine. I won't eff any other women. I'll let you have until we're done eating to make up your mind that you want to eff me."The girl doesn't put up with his bulls*** either, "you want a piece of a**, it better be mine because if I ever see another bit** up against you like that again, I'll effing neuter you and you'll be the bit** in this relationship."
