I came across this ebook and promptly purchased it because it had really good reviews. It contains extremely helpful and actionable content. I have read many books on real estate investing over the last decade, and I'm tired of the books that contain mostly generic, vague information, but this one contains specific information on the author's actual deals. That's the kind of thing I really enjoy reading.
I'm fairly new to Real Estate Investing and have basic knowledge of the industry. This book touch basis on things I've been looking for answers on. Like the several loans you can get to acquire an investment property and the pros and cons of the loans. I like that he went into some detail about the deals and gave good details on each loan. What I wish he would have mentioned was how do you go about this being someone that don't have any assets (own your own home). But overall a good book and lots of food for thoughts.
Brandon's story of how he purchased a multitude of properties with creative deal structuring is a lesson in outside the box thinking and helped jar loose a few cobwebs in my mind. Things I had read before but had forgotten and I will most certainly be employing some of these strategies in my future real estate investing endeavours...Good work Brandon.
Brandon wrote a straight forward and easy to understand book for investors! It definately beats the conventional and traditional ways of investing in real estate thanks much!
This guy knows what he is talking about. I haven't put it into practice, but if I do this will be my guide. Through instructions on methods and methology.
Excellent book!!! Tons of great information that is actionable. Straight forward writing and solid content. I hope he writes another one!!!
