My husband says he really likes these books. He and the kids read a short story ever night and in the morning if they are able. He says the story's are captivating and the spiritual conatation are easy to understand for little kids. Our children are 7 and 4 and 2.
My three year old and I just finished this book. He loved it. I'm looking now to purchase the others in the Adventure Series. A missions-minded book with neat cultural details giving a glimpse of Africa.
